Quality Card. Period.
My Canon S410 came with a tiny stock card and I soon found the need to upgrade. This is a 4 MP camera and I set it on medium size and quality and can fit about 400 pictures on one card.(My wife however actually finds a way to fill the whole thing in a day!) It has great compatiblity, size and dependability. As it fits in the canon, into the card reader built into my PC and has never never corrupted. The only regret I have is that I spent $40 on it at a local "Costco's" and now it's $25 at amazon...
