Cheap alternative but Becoming obsolete

I don't own this model but an older version. In general webtv is not the greatest alternative to a computer. Sure 150 is ok but really if u bought 2 models of these u have a computer right there. Right now the network is getting sloppy on junk mail filtering.I even had someone hack into my address to send out junk mail. With this in mind I would spend money on a computer and buy software to avoid this and other problems, because in the long run a computer has more flexibility. Webtv will become...

good if you buy cheap

I like the webtv calssic. I just wish i had bought it cheaper. It is for those of us who cannot afford a compter. If you buy it cheap you can say it was worth more. : > p.s. I am useing it to write this review...

Excellent Start to theinternet...

I've had this product for 3yrs.and for some one who'snotwanting anotebook,or full computer with cputower, this is just the thing to down load the internet. It's simple, easy, and great on the eyes,for those with visual problems, you can have the text set for your particular needs....

It gets you online,but it's a lesson in frustration.

I've owned a web tv for a few years now,and it's nice to be able to go online,but after a while, you realize how limited this device really is,and how bad you want a PC. I owned an older model of Webtv classic,sold it,and ended up buying the model you see here for sale. wonderful invetion

I have used a classic for 4 yrs. I love it. I spend hrs. on the net when I am home from work. What a great way to relax. It is so simple to use & I learn something new each time I use it.I have done all my Christmas shopping for the last 3 yrs on it. I have been doing my banking at home( what a great way to keep your checkbook up to date) I use usps to pay bills( for $[...] a month) less than stamps & I love it because I can make payments repeating & not worry if they are on time.You can not download...
