Dazzle Digital Video Creator 150

I've been using it for a while now.So far so good. The Dazzle will record from any svhs/composite video source (SVHS recommended).I don't understand why anybody would give this product a low rating.Coupled with high end video editting software, it is extremely powerful. Video capture is as good as your reception. It is recommended that you use it with a USB 2.0 port. This allows the system to really shine. :)I'm extremely happy with it.I'm using it along with ADOBE Premiere....

An ugly paper weight--save yourself

This has got to be the worst product on the market.NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy anything from Pinnacle or Dazzle--all you will get is dazzling crap. The review shows one-star; actually, it's a minus five-star product. The best way to enjoy this product is slamming it against a brick wall, and video taping it for posterity.1) The product didn't come with a manuel--you have to figure it out.2) On-line support, was non-responsive.3) Telephone support, was useless, one free call and they blamed the problem...

Save our Environment

After 72 hours of exasperation, I finally gave up.Customer Service through e-mail was useless.I never could get hold of Pinnacle to request a product return authorization. The bottom line, I spent $130 in this product and finally threw it in the trash.(I did, however, keep the video, audio, and USB cables, making them very expensive cables).Don't buy this product. It will corrupt Windows Media Player, and you'll end up throwing it away.Save the landfill space.Buy something else and if it works, let...

A complete waste of time !!!

I wish I had read all these reviews before I purchased the product.Unfortunately it's too late to return mine to Best Buy.1. The biggest things is that Microsoft doesn't like this program, and automatically closes it.2. The online support is useless...and phone support only gives you the same information as online.3. Oh, and they don't provide a toll free number, so you have to pay long distance while you wait on hold...and after the first call they charge you $15 a call.4. Also you can only call...
